That was an enchanting encounter! Shortly before sunrise we found an old male lion followed at a certain distance by a much younger lion. We followed the old lion, who first wandered through a small grove and then into a vast wide open area. Suddenly we heard a scream from the grove! At that moment the old lion turned around and looked at the grove in disgust, which is how this photo was taken. The young lion had apparently found and killed a gazelle. The old lion was outraged how the young lion could dare to do something like that in his territory! He immediately went back to the bushes and confronted the young lion. After the older lion's reprimand, the younger lion became quite frustrated and took out his frustration on the bushes.
