We were very lucky that day! Since the early morning hours, thousands of local zebras have gathered on the banks of the Mara River. The crossing started around noon and lasted almost an hour. It is quite an experience and a force of nature to witness such a crossing. Here you can see a group of zebras making their way through the rushing water and almost reaching the river banks. I think you can see in this picture what a fight it is.
