It took me one year and another 20 minutes to take this picture - the shrimp are so tiny and moving all the time that it took me a lot of practice to get it right!

The shrimp is transparent except for a few white and purple spots, can grow up to 2.5 centimeters in size and differs from related species in its color pattern. The second pair of legs is elongated and carries relatively large pincers.
